Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and had no bad smell, but I encountered some bugs in my room, and it was noisy due to its proximity to the ice machine and people smoking outside. The service was friendly and accommodating, but I did experience some rudeness. The location, though off the interstate, was convenient in a 'commune' of other hotels and restaurants, yet the nearby construction added travel time. The dining experience wasn't great, with limited options and cleanliness concerns. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive and negative aspects.
I found the hotel to be a pleasant stay overall. The rooms, while a bit smaller than average, were still sufficient for our needs and were moved to a more pleasant atmosphere when necessary. They were spacious and clean, although there was some moisture in the air. The service was a mixed bag with some very friendly and helpful staff, but it seemed like others could benefit from more customer service training. The location was decent, not too far from Savannah, and the price was reasonable. There was a good mix of people around, but late nights could get a bit loud. The dining options were lacking, but at least there were some basic choices available like muffins and yogurt. The facilities were sparse but served their purpose.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a strong Pine Sol smell which made it hard to sleep, and some were unclean upon arrival. The service was lacking, with staff barely acknowledging guests. Despite being in a convenient location near restaurants, it was far from downtown. The dining options were basic, but the hotel offered traditional local products.
